Mission

The Downtown Revival Trust invests to preserve and revitalize important iconic historic buildings in Downtown Saint Paul. This preserves the historic legacy of the Capital City, enhances its physical beauty, and sustainably adapts properties for new uses that can enhance the vibrancy of downtown. As its name implies, the Trust is a steward of these important assets and seeks to make positive impacts to the community that last generations.

The Trust also invests in commercial businesses that are located in downtown Saint Paul and that commit to adding jobs, enhancing the city's tax base, and can enhance the vibrancy and attractiveness of downtown.

Investments

The Downtown Revival Trust has committed up to $1 million of equity capital to commercial businesses located in Downtown Saint Paul under a competitive judged business plan format, to be implemented through 2028.
